Casino Night Update - Thank You & Call for Volunteers

  Hello Odyssey Families,

A BIG thank you to everyone that helped us get all the Casino Night baskets ready for auction. They look amazing and we have lots of great things to bid on. You can check out the gallery here:

There's still a few Casino Night tickets left to buy. You can get them at the front office. Make sure Carlos knows if you will be using Kids Klub for childcare. 

Can't make the event? Raffle tickets are still being sold at the front office and after school all week - only $5 each for a chance to win $500 and other great prizes. You need not be present to win. 

Can you help with the final steps??
We need 6 helpers (preferably with SUVs or space in their cars) to help us transport the baskets from Odyssey to Mijares Restaurant. Meet at Odyssey at NOON on Saturday the 24th to help load up and head to the restaurant. This should take about 2 hours. 

We also need 4 helpers to meet at Mijares Pasadena and work from 2pm -4pm on Saturday the 24th to help stuff programs and with the set up of baskets and tables.

Volunteers needed to wrap Silent Auction baskets, Sat March 10th and 17th

Dear Odyssey Families,

We will be sorting and organizing all the wonderful donations for the Casino Night Silent Auction the next two Saturdays, March 10th and 17th, from 10am to 3pm. We need at least 6 volunteers each day to help sort and wrap the baskets.

The Book Fair is On! New Schedule

December 04, 2011

 Despite a blustery beginning, the book fair will happen this week. We open
Tuesday morning before school and run through the Holiday Fundraiser on
Saturday, December 10.

The Book Fair is in Bungalow P this year, back by the middle school area. We
will be open before and after school Tuesday through Friday. We accept cash,
check, and credit cards.

Book Fair Volunteers Needed this week & next week

 Dear Odyssey Parents,

The Book Fair is almost here! We are looking for volunteers to help set up, break down and staff the fair from Thursday, November 30th through Thursday, December 8th, including the Odyssey Fall Fundraiser on Saturday,December 3rd. This is a great, (easy!) way to participate in raising money for Odyssey, and we'd love to have your help!
